There is nothing I'm going through that somebody else hasn't already experienced. Learning how to handle life's situations means realizing when I need help and being willing to ask for it, however frightening that prospect may be. Why frightening? Firstly, in order to ask for help, I must admit to myself

I don't know. Secondly, in order to ask you for help, I must admit to you that I don't know. However, asking for your help and advise not only provides me the answers I need, but also dispels my isolation by putting you in my life.
